Your customer service kind of sucked, but now your service has gotten a little better. I did decide to give you another try, and now your customer service is really good. Everything is easy to do on the portal. And they are pretty knowledgeable, but if they don't know they go to try and find out if it is covered or not.

Pretty simple process to get in touch with people. Sometimes there is a little bit of wait time, but for the most part everybody's been good when I contact them and how I contact them. And then the actual online service to request services works pretty well. They try their best to answer all the questions and most of the questions I've had during services that I've needed they've answered. The minimum fee that you pay up front for services to be provided cover the rest of the bill, and I think it is absolutely worth it. Especially for those unexpected things like being in the middle of summer and having your A/C unit go out.

They have listened to my problems, my feedback, and tried to solve the problem for me. Our AC went out in April and the company that came out said they needed to get a part for it. So we had to get a new company to come out because the old company kept on ghosting us and never came out to fix it. But the new company came out and fixed it within less than an hour.

I've tried them and they really showed up when we needed them most. It was on the 15th, on a weekend, when the air conditioner in the house broke down. I went online and put in the application. We had to wait two days. Monday I called the office and found out it was already assigned to a contractor but they couldn't show up because it was a weekend. Tuesday the contractor came before I got back from work. Really astounding to me.

My air conditioning unit went out and I put an online report in. I received the call the next morning from 2-10 stating that somebody will be in touch with me and exactly 35 minutes after that, the air conditioning and heating company called. His name was Lee. He was very competent, very knowledgeable.

I had a problem with my washing machine. Unfortunately, the problem was not the washing machine, it was actually a plumbing issue. So the warranty was kind enough not to charge me for the second time the other technician had to come in and check it out. They solved the situation. I didn't have to buy a new washing machine, they just replaced whatever plumbing connections needed to be replaced and everything went great. I really appreciate that they were able to actually take more than one call from me in order to resolve the issue that we had. The company really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer with the results.

It's a great company. They get somebody right away. And it's amazing if you use the home owner's portal how much faster you get responses than you do when you call. Just a month ago I had a couple of water leaks on my copper pipes. I called them and the next day I had all tech plumbing out and they fixed them. I paid my 100 bucks and then it was done. It saves a lot out of pocket up front, so I I can't complain.

I was very satisfied with it so I renewed it. We've used it twice or three times, maybe four, for the air conditioner, furnace, and some toilet issues.

Whenever I've had an issue, I can usually work it out with them. I utilized the warranty to replace an air conditioning unit.

Everything went well. I went online and then I received those emails letting me know that they were coming out to my house, who it was, and when they'll be there. And then I got the call from the the contractor. I only paid a $100 deductible and the gentleman who did the service did a great job. He was very professional and quick about the service and I think the value was good for $100. The part and the labor would probably be more.

Everything's been great. The support has been excellent. When I had to call for an issue, they took care of it, addressed everything, and followed up with everything you would expect and more.

They take the time to explain what's covered and what's not covered and it makes me very comfortable and understanding as a new homeowner. But I wish that a policyholder would not be charged double in the event that there is an identical issue in the same category. For example, for a water heater and a slow drain there might have to be two separate plumbers, and I'd be charged a double fee and I don't feel that's fair. I had to use my warranty for an issue with my water heat and I had a slow drain, but fortunately they were able to dispatch the same plumber so that I didn't have to pay a double fee.

It's been good so far and we'll probably keep it. We did have one claim that we put through not too long ago and it was set up pretty fast. So when our air conditioner stopped working, it was probably about a month ago when we put in a claim and I believe it was on like a Thursday or Friday and we had someone out Monday to take a look at it. Everything other than the $75 initial surcharge was covered.
