I feel very comfortable with this device, wearing it daily and relying on it if an emergency should occur. I have not had any occasion to depend on it to help me yet, but the peace of mind that it offers me is well worth it. I even take it with me into the shower, hanging within reach if I should fall. It is so easy to wear and transport with me. I keep it near the back door from which I always leave the house.

I bought the mini gaurdian for my elderly father and so far we have thankfully only had use it for testing and the call center response time and service was excellent. Your Customer Service Agents are very helpful and patient. I think the magnet on the lanyard was not a good idea for people with pacemakers and i had to use my own lanyard (system). Also the lanyard length is too short since this will more than likely put the pendant and possibly the magnet with in six inches of the pacemaker/defibrillator. The belt clip broke in my hands while trying to remove the pendant. The pendant it self works great and the the two way voice clarity and volume between call center and my hard of hearing father is excellent.

When we received a call at 2am they handled the "accidental call" my Mom made very well! Because she had her sound off & couldn't hear them calling to check on her an ambulance was ordered. Thankfully when my call came in I was able to check on her & found she was fine and MG was able to call off the ambulance. We fixed the issues on our end & hope it doesn't happen again.
