Moxie Solar did everything they promised and did it quite well. I just received a call almost a year after the installation was complete informing me the state of Iowa has funded the solar tax credit this year and we are eligible to take advantage of it. This was an unexpected but clearly a very nice phone call and shows their continued customer care. I have to say Moxie Solar has been outstanding in everything they've done for us. We continue to see the benefits of installing solar in our reduced energy costs each month. Great experience with the sales team and has panels installed within 2 months and the system was active a month later. While there were some hiccups once the realization that the production was going to miss the estimated production Moxie worked with me to find a resolution. While I it didn’t happen immediately communication around the issue happened on a weekly based and a agreement was reached for lost productivity. Love Solar and will continue to push it out to friends and family.
